A Born Entertainer

THE COMEDY CIRCUIT

When I was a kid I'd memorize and recite comedy records.  I'd do the entire routines for my buddies in the school yard.  It was everyone from Richard Pryor to Eddie Murphy and Robin Williams.  Hell, I even tortured my teachers with a Howie Mandel set.  Doing stand up was a way to emulate my heroes and find my own voice.  While living in New York and LA I did a fair amount of stand up.  I got started on the same stage where Richard Pryor stood.  My love for the art morphed into long runs in Improvisational comedy, but I'll always love to watch and perform standup.
